The house
In the house, built in 2008-2009 on a property of 891 m², on which 105 m² are fit to live in, you can find:
- A living area: dinner room and living room with a flat screen (with TNT-cable) and a stereo.
- A kitchen equipped with an oven, a micro-wave, an dishwasher and a freezer, small appliances (coffee machine, electric knife, table vacuum). There is a little eating area in the kitchen. You will have a complete dishes set.
- 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds).
- A bathroom with 2 washbasins, a shower, a bath and a toilet.
- An independent toilet.
- A garage with a washing machine, a dryer, a barbecue and 2 bicycles are available for you.
- A tiled floor and shaded deck with garden furniture (table and 8 chairs).
- A swimming pool (size: 9.5mX4.5m) with a shower, 6 long chairs and a porch roof. Once a week a professional is coming to clean the pool with his security and self-cleaning system.
- A bowls area in the middle of the yard.
- A private driveway. The property has a portal and is completely enclosed.
